14 Day Flat Belly Challenge

This week I am attempting a 14 day flat belly challenge. Today is the first day and of course I want to eat all the things on the list I cannot have. The list includes no soda, no sugar, no white bread, no chips, no cereal, and no caffeine. I’m trying to have a healthier lifestyle. At least somewhat of a healthier lifestyle. I’ve always had incredible metabolism and it seemed to get even better as I got older.

However, the past few weeks I’ve noticed I’ve gained weight. Although I don’t mine gaining a few pounds, I want my weight gain to look nice and have my body look toned. So, I started bike riding along with lifting weights. I want to be able to continue my love of Food. So join me on my journey for a healthier lifestyle
